At Navathome Australia we encourage constructive feedback and constantly update our courses with ideas put forward by students.
If any student has a problem understanding part of the course we will update that page until feedback stops.
Over a period of time this has resulted in a great course with fantastic exam results.

Latest updates

New glossary of terms with graphics on all pages including the free trial. Click the Glossary of terms link on the heading bar in the free trial.
New animations constantly added. Latest one was to help students understand the tidal stream atlas. April 2015
New animation in the day skipper course simplifying variation and deviation.
Updated the format of both the Day Skipper and Coastal Yachtmaster. January 2015
Currently updating the Day Skipper course by animating more of the lessons and answers to bring it into line with the Coastal and Ocean Yachtmaster.
Added the automatic booking system so user names and passwords are provided immediately.
There are new additions for those taking motor courses with new graphics and more questions directly related to our motor boaters.
Some issues have been corrected to do with Linux so any feedback from Linux users would be good.

Optional voice over added to the Day Skipper and Coastal Yachtmaster courses. On going.

Collision Regulations

Great new animated lesson covering lights and shapes. Shows situation, picture, chart symbol and lights for each buoy.

New Ocean theory course

The RYA are bringing out a new Ocean Theory course which should be available from the end of 2012. the new course will include a separate almanac and sights from the southern hemisphere.
The old course will continue and overlap for a while as the changeover is made.
