If you cannot log in please check the following.
- Type in your login information rather than copying and pasting it.
- Make sue that you heading course matches the course that you have been booked and is as per the confirmation email.
- Make sure you are using the same email address as the one you used when booking the course.
- Make sure you type everything in exactly as it has been given to you. It is all case sensitive.
- There should not be any leading or trailing spaces for both the email address and the case sensitive password.
Please check the information on the login email sent to you by Navathome.com.au or your training centre.
If you are still unable to login please contact your trainig provider, or contact NAVatHome Australia and make sure you include the following information:-
- Full name
- Course booked
- Training provider if you have booked through a training centre.
- Username (your email address)
- The password that you are trying to use.
